Privacy Notice

Last updated: 5 June 2026 · This notice covers the 360 Golf / Darts Tests and our prize giveaway.

1. Who we are

This site and the 360 Tests are operated by 360 Performance Academy ("we", "us"), the data controller for the information described here.

2. What we collect

When you take a 360 Test and ask for your result, we collect:

• Your first name and email address
• Which test you took (golf or darts), your score, tier and answers
• Your self-described level (handicap / years playing)
• Optionally, where you heard about us
• A pairing ID generated for the giveaway's pair-draw (so a partner you invite can be linked to you)

The 360 Test and giveaway are not aimed at under-18s and we do not knowingly collect their data here. (The 360 Darts app is different — it is used by young players, asks for a date of birth and requires a parent or guardian for under-14s. See the app privacy policy.) The test does not set advertising cookies.

3. Why we use it, and our lawful basis

• To send you your result — on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form.
• To send you occasional marketing (news, tips, offers from 360) — on the basis of your consent; you can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
• To run the giveaway (record entries, link pairs, select and contact winners) — on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating the promotion you chose to enter.

4. Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share it only with the service providers (processors) that run our systems on our instructions:

• Mailchimp (Intuit) — email delivery and list management
• Make.com — connects the quiz to our email and records
• Google — we log entries to a private Google Sheet

5. International transfers

Some of these providers are based in the United States. Where data leaves the UK, it is protected by appropriate safeguards (such as the UK extension to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or the providers' UK/EU–US data-transfer certifications).

6. How long we keep it

Giveaway entry records are kept until the draw is completed and any prize fulfilled, then deleted or anonymised within 90 days. If you join our mailing list, we keep your details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

6a. Deleting your account in the app

If you have a 360 Performance Academy app account, you can delete it yourself at any time from Profile → Account → Delete my account. You do not need to email us or ask permission.

When you delete your account we remove your sign-in credentials — you will not be able to sign in again — and we erase your name, email address, date of birth, profile photo, player card, any video clips you have sent a coach, and your check-ins, reports and progress history.

We keep one thing: a record that a payment was made and which coach it related to. UK company law requires us to retain accounting records for six years, and we cannot delete these on request. This record is stripped of your personal details and cannot be used to identify or contact you.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, correct it, have it deleted, object to or restrict its use, withdraw consent, and receive a copy. To exercise any of these, email stuart@360performanceacademy.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

8. Cookies

The 360 Test uses only what's needed to make the page work. Pairing is handled through a link, not a tracking cookie. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this page.
