Delete your 360 Darts account

360 Darts is published by AI ORCA LTD on behalf of 360 Performance Academy. This page explains how to delete your account and what happens to your data.

Option 1 — Delete it yourself in the app (instant)

  1. Open the 360 Darts app and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile (the account tab).
  3. Scroll to Delete account and tap Delete my account.
  4. Confirm. Your account and data are removed straight away and you are signed out.

Option 2 — Ask us to delete it

If you can't sign in, email euan@aiorca.co.uk from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my 360 Darts account". We will verify it's you and complete deletion within 30 days (usually much sooner).

What gets deleted

Your account, profile, check-ins, performance reports, and any photos or clips you uploaded are permanently removed. This cannot be undone.

What we keep, and why

Where we are legally required to (for example, safeguarding records relating to a young person, or minimal financial records), a record may be retained and anonymised so it can no longer be linked to you as an individual. Any uploaded coaching clips are in any case deleted automatically after 90 days. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
