The short version. This website sets no cookies at all unless you say yes to the banner. If you take the Player Type quiz we keep the email address you give us and your answers, so we can send you your result. We never sell your data, we run no advertising, and you can ask us to delete everything at any time by sending one email.
This notice covers 360performanceacademy.com — the website you are reading now, including the Player Type quiz at /player-type/.
Two other things have their own notices, because they collect different data in different ways:
360 Performance Academy is the data controller — it decides why your data is collected and what happens to it.
AI ORCA LTD (a company registered in Scotland, no. SC884036) builds and maintains this website on the Academy's instructions. It acts as a processor and does not use your data for its own purposes.

There is no contact form on this site. The Contact page offers WhatsApp and an email address, and both of those go straight to us — nothing is collected by the website in between.
We use one thing that needs your permission: Google Analytics, to count visits and see which pages people read. It is switched off until you press Accept. That is not just a banner that appears over a tag that has already fired — the site tells Google to store nothing until you agree, and if you press Reject it stays that way.
Your choice is remembered in your own browser so we do not ask again. To change it, clear this site's data in your browser settings and the banner will come back.
We use no advertising cookies, no social media pixels, and no cross-site tracking of any kind.
None of them may use your data for their own purposes. We do not sell your data, and we never will.
Quiz entries are kept for 24 months from the day you take the quiz, then deleted. If you ask us to delete them sooner, we do it — see below. Analytics data is held by Google for 14 months and is not linked to your name.
The Academy coaches young people, so some visitors will be under 18. This website does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If a child under 13 has given us their email through the quiz, tell us and we will delete it straight away.
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email stuart@360performanceacademy.com and we will deal with it within one month. There is no charge and you do not need to give a reason.
If you are not happy with how we have handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
The site is served over HTTPS only. The quiz database sits behind row-level security so one visitor's entry cannot be read by another. Access to the data is limited to the people who need it to run the Academy.
If we change what we collect or why, we will update this page and change the date at the top. If the change is significant we will ask for your cookie choice again.
