The short version. This is our website. You are welcome to read it and use it. Everything on it belongs to us, coaching results are never guaranteed, and nothing here is medical advice. Buying a membership is covered by its own terms at the point you pay.
This website is run by 360 Performance Academy, 16 Dougan Drive, Wishaw ML2 9EZ. It is built and maintained by AI ORCA LTD (registered in Scotland, no. SC884036). Contact: stuart@360performanceacademy.com.
You may read, print and share our pages for your own use. You may not copy our content to pass off as your own, scrape the site automatically, try to break into it, or use it in any way that is against the law.
The text, images, coaching frameworks, the AAI method, the Player Type system, the logos and the design of this site all belong to 360 Performance Academy. Taking them without written permission is not on. Your own data — your quiz answers, your reports — stays yours.
This site describes our memberships, but you do not buy them here. You subscribe inside the app, or through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The terms that apply to your purchase are the ones shown to you at the point of payment, along with the store's own rules where you bought through a store.
Prices shown on this site are correct at the time of writing and may change. Where we say a plan is cheaper on the web than through an app store, that reflects the store's commission, not a different product — the membership is identical.
We coach mental performance. We will give you our honest best work, but we cannot and do not guarantee results — not a score, not a ranking, not a win. Sport does not work that way.
Nothing on this site is medical, psychological or clinical advice, and it is not a substitute for it. If you are struggling with your mental health, please speak to your GP or a qualified professional. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services or the Samaritans on 116 123.
We link to the App Store, Google Play, WhatsApp and our social pages. Once you follow one of those links you are on someone else's site, under their terms, and we are not responsible for what happens there.
We keep this site accurate and available, but we do not promise it will never be down or never contain a mistake. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be excluded — and none of this affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
We coach under-18s, and we welcome them here. If you are under 18, please go through a parent or guardian before signing up for anything or sending us personal details.
We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction.
