Choosing a plan opens 360 Darts on its own plans screen, and Stripe takes the card from inside your logged-in account. That is deliberate. It is the only way a payment can be tied to you, so your membership switches on the second it clears instead of waiting for someone to match it up by hand.
Already paid for the year? Your card goes on file and nothing is taken until the day your current membership actually ends. Stripe will show £0.00 due today before you confirm — if it ever shows anything else, close it and tell us. Cancel any time and you keep everything you have already paid for.

Mental performance is the spine of the Academy. But a leg or a round is also lost to a bad grip, a missed meal, a breath you never took, or a body that gave out on the last hour. Every member gets every coach’s space from Standard up.
Going 1:1 is separate.

Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. No minimum term, no cancellation fee. If you cancel you keep everything you have already paid for, right to the end of that period — nothing is switched off early.
I already paid for a year. Will I be charged twice?
No, and it is built in rather than promised. When you set up your subscription the checkout screen shows £0.00 due today, and your first payment is scheduled for the exact day your current membership runs out. Your card sits on file so nothing lapses in between.
What is the real difference between Standard and Premium?
My child is under 15. Can they join?
Yes. Because Premium includes coaching reports, a parent or guardian has to approve it and be added to the account first — the app asks for that before it will take a payment. The parent then gets their own Parent Library on how to back a young player properly.
I play both darts and golf. Two memberships?
Darts and golf run as two separate apps, each with its own library, coaches and reporting built for that sport. If you compete in both, message us and we will sort something sensible out rather than charge you twice over.
What happens the moment I subscribe?
Your account switches over immediately — the library unlocks, the tools appear, and your reporting starts building from your next check-in. Your first monthly report lands at the end of that month, and you can book your 25-minute 1:1 call with Stuart straight away.
